Our Adventure Ride weekend's getting close!!

Good morning everyone! This message is being sent to all Salsa Sub 48 registered riders, as well as those one the wait list looking for a spot in the Sept. 11 - 13 weekend.

The stoke's getting high as we pull together the final details for the 6th edition of the adventure by bike weekend and we wanted to touch base on a few topics.

First, we'll be emailing everyone all the final details of the weekend including; event address, checklist of what to bring, itinerary of the weekend, route maps and GPX files, food menu.....Plan on receiving this info before 9/6.

Secondly, we hope all registered riders can attend, but life happens and if your schedule changed and you can't make it, you can still transfer your entry until 9/4 at 5 PM EST on Bikereg.  You have a couple options;
Transfer to the next in line on the wait list or sell your entry to a friend.
To sell to the wait list, simply Go to yur event entry. Select the “WITHDRAW ENTRY” and your entry will be sold to the first in line on the wait list. You’ll see a credit posted to your credit card in about a week.

You can also sell your entry to a friend. Just go to your event entry and select "TRANSFER REGSITRATION".  You work out payment between you and the buyer, enter the buyers email, the person transferring in gets an email, accepts the transfer, goes to bikereg and fills out their info into the registration.

* IF YOU ARE ON THE WAIT LIST*  and no longer want to attend should a spot become available, please go into your wait list registration and remove your entry.  That will insure you won’t be automatically moved into the event and charged should a spot become available.

Lastly, now’s a good time to pull out your packs / gear and make sure you have what you need and things are in working order. You have plenty of time to get your rig dialed-in and ready to roll for our weekend together.
